Our Role & Execution Our team managed the end-to-end creative strategy, campaign structure, and media execution to ensure maximum visibility and impact. Our key responsibilities included:

  • Creative Strategy & Design: We developed the campaign's visual identity and copywriting, producing a high volume of graphic assets in both English and Spanish. We utilized different communication styles to adapt the core message to diverse audience profiles.

  • Multi-Channel Production: We designed versatile deliverables for a full-scale rollout, including digital and print posters, mobile UI layouts, and highly engaging social media carousels and stories.

  • Media Buying & Budget Management: We structured the media plan and managed the advertising budget, executing the purchase of strategic ad spaces across local media networks and digital platforms.

  • Metrics & Optimization: We continuously tracked the performance of boosted posts and digital ads, optimizing the content strategy to guarantee strong audience engagement and optimal use of the campaign budget.

The primary goal of this campaign was to educate the public on safe cannabis practices by turning the S.M.A.R.T. acronym (Safe, Mindful, Aware, Responsible, Thoughtful) into a community standard and lifestyle. The messaging targeted critical safety pillars: preventing driving under the influence, emphasizing secure storage to protect children and pets, encouraging responsible choices during high-traffic holidays (such as Green Wednesday and 4/20), and educating consumers on how to identify legal, state-licensed dispensaries.
