New Jersey Maternal & Infant Health Innovation Authority

Our Role & Execution

The Setroc Group managed the creative strategy, brand conceptualization, and the drafting of technical design rules. Our specific tasks included:

  • Logo & Concept Development: Designing a meaningful emblem that illustrates a mother embracing her baby, thoughtfully integrated with a sketch of the New Jersey state map to highlight local commitment.

  • Design System Creation: Establishing a primary color palette featuring Electric Purple, Picton Blue, Persian Blue, and Russian Violet. We paired this with a typographic system utilizing Merriweather for robust, modern headings and Oswald for welcoming, professional paragraphs.

  • Social Media Standardization: Creating a dedicated manual for social networks, delivering structural templates for posts and stories. This included strict rules for gradient backgrounds, logo masking, photo superimpositions, and safety zones to prevent content loss.

  • Brand Applications: Structuring the layout grids for corporate stationery, delivering standardized designs for letterheads and business cards, alongside clear directives on the incorrect uses of the brand assets to preserve visual integrity.

The primary goal was to ensure a consistent, professional appearance that reflects the organization's dedication to maternal and infant health. We aimed to create a visual language that conveys confidence, calm, and security, ensuring the brand builds trust and remains easily recognizable across all public-facing platforms.
